Creams Cafe.

I have heard wonders about Creams Cafe, I am a foodie; I love exploring food that I have never tried before. I am willing to try any recommendations. That is why I had to visit this new hyped place, Creams Cafe.
If you do not know what Creams Cafe is, it is a dessert bar. I walked in and it immediately reminded me of an American styled diner: leather seats and tables, flashing disco ball, and music blasting!
Here, they sell ice creams, sundaes, waffles, crepe pancakes, and milkshakes. If you have a VERY sweet tooth, this is your place to be!

I ordered the Nutella waffle with ice cream and crushed oreos on top. (Personally, I thought it was too much)

Before you do go to Creams, you have to know:
1. Only have a small meal beforehand
2. The portions are very generous, don't over order
3. Prices are mediocre - Waffles and a bottle of coke came to £7

I would definitely return for another sugar craving adventure. I have to try one of their huge ice creams, there are a range of flavours to select from.

If you have any 'must visit' restaurants, bars or markets, please leave recommendations in the comment section below!

HAUL ¦ Topshop + Forever 21 ♡

- Sunday 17th February 2013
- Oxford Street, London
A few cheeky snaps for you in the changing rooms
Topshop
* GREY Roll Back Crop Tee - £10
* BLACK Roll Back Crop Tee - £10
* ACID Joni Jeans - £36
I heard Joni Jeans in Topshop are very good replicates of AA Easy Jeans; I have always wanted a pair of soft high waisted jeans. This pair is perfect, I am hunting for a darker colour that is currently not in the range. The jeans really hugs my legs and creates a slimmer illusion, it also gives me a flattering bottom. My favourite piece that I have bought.

.
FOREVER 21
* BLACK & CREAM Stripe shoulder cut out blouse - £18.75
This blouse stood out from the other items, Forever 21 is a hit or miss store for me. I only found this blouse that I particurlarly liked. I envisioned myself wearing this piece with a pair of leggings and heels for a night out, a simple night look with the comfort factor.

Thank you for reading,
this is a small haul.
If you find any good buys. Leave a comment below + share.

"It's Just A Bad Day. Not A Bad Life."

We all have to accept life comes with highs and lows. There are no exceptions, sadly. Sometimes I would feel sad, angry, frustrated; I would then hate myself for feeling this way, which makes me feel even more upset.
There are quotes saying "Happiness is a choice" which I do believe in however sometimes if you cannot control your emotions, remember "It's just a bad day. Not a bad life."
Everyone have their personal problems, personally some thoughts of my past angers me which someone else's action has caused this. I try to put these past issues behind me but times it past through my mind which is unavoidable.
I wanted to share this because I feel when I need to pick myself up, I think this post will be helpful.

I apologize for this upsetting post but it is necessary.

Chinese New Year has past not long ago so I want to say:
Happy Lunar New Year to everyone, I hope the year of the snake will be filled with happiness and joy.

BIGBANG ALIVE GALAXY TOUR - LONDON 2012 ♛

GD
Taeyang
Seungri
Daesung
TOP

The night was DAEBAK.

The concert was held on Saturday 15th December 2012 at Wembley arena, London.
"I came out of the concert a bigger fan than I was."

October
My sister bought me a standing ticket to see BIGBANG as a Christmas present, we became into Kpop at the beginning-mid of 2012, I appreciate that my sister constantly blared BIGBANG music because now I am addicted to Kpop in comparison to the start of 2012, I did not understand the hype.

I have to admit before the concert, I wasn't a VIP. I only liked them but I did not LOVE them. My bias was GD as I was immediately drawn to his new released album One of a Kind; 'That XX' and 'CRAYON' is my addiction.

Early December

GD T-Shirts ARRIVED! The t-shirts were made and sent from Indonesia, we didn't think it would arrive in time. T-shirts are from a company called 'Oh! Hardpop'. Search the store on Facebook and simply email the company to place your order. The store is amazing, they also sell BIGBANG, 2ne1, Super Junior as well as individual members. You are able to buy your bias t-shirt, like me!

Click here  to be directed to Oh! Hardpop store.

Outfit sorted for the concert.

Saturday 15th December 2012

6:30AM - My sister had to drag me out of bed. I did not want to be removed from my bed at this time of the day on a weekend. However, it was all worth it.

8:00AM - My sister and I arrived at Wembley arena, not expecting a long queue. However, there was an approximate 50-60 people queuing and already had their thermal mugs and blanket ready queuing. I did not expect overseas European VIPs to come to UK to see BIGBANG, I think that is what we call VIP loyalty.
Need to state, We met the nicest VIPs in the queue. We had long hours of conversations about BIGBANG, our bias (GD and TOP seems to be popular), and Korean shows.

10 hours later...

18:00PM- An hour before we head in, we heard the sound check from outside. Sincerely jealous of those in the warmth. As you may have expect, waiting 10 hours will eventually drain you. About this time, we were all exhausted and tired. However, once we heard BIGBANG during sound check, we all felt re-energized. We was let in shortly and scroll down, the night will explain for itself.

To re-live the moment or to experience the concert if you have missed it. Watch my fan cam.
Click HD for best quality.

BAD BOY
GD: "When I say bad boy, you say good girl! Bad Boy, Good Girl...."
Taeyang: "I'm a bad boy.." - yes you are.

BLUE

CRAYON

Youtube:

♛ Watch my Blue fancam on Youtube.
Finally, CRAYON by GD: "Put your mother fucking hands up!"

To summarize the night, initially it was chaotic. I had a general standing ticket so where I was standing everyone was pushing to try to get to the front. Many people had to be pulled out of the mosh pit to breathe. I will definitely buy a VIP ticket next time to prevent the long wait, hair pulling and the 'dry hump' in the standing area.
Set aside all the negativity, the voices of the members serenading  you, you will be lost in the sound of their voices.

Highlights:
♥ Seungri threw water at us
♥ GD sang CRAYON and added "Put your mother fucking hands up"
♥ Bingu TOP dancing
♥ Taeyang ripping off his top in WEDDING  DRESS
♥ Daesung sang WINGS which I heard for the first time, fell in love
♥ Seungri impersonating the British accent 'ALLLRIGHT'
♥ Singing HARU HARU with BIGBANG - true VIP moment
♥ FANTASTIC BABY in encore to round up the night

사랑합, BIGBANG.

Hope GD tours in London for his World Tour 2013.

New Year, New Resolution: Failure

Since it is a new year, as we all know many people would have new year resolutions. Though this post is late. I should have written this weeks ago.
My New Year Resolutions are:

1. Do a minimum of 3 hours of College work per weekday

2. Write on my blog at least 2 times a month

3. Improve my mother tongue - Chinese by watching a drama or practice writing at least 1 hour a week

4. Read a book - 15 minutes minimum per week

5. Reduce the consumption of fizzy drinks and chocolate - Only allowed to consume once per month

6. Sleep by 12:00 AM

'Today is the first day of the rest of your life'.

Take action rather than only wanting the action to happen. Many people fail but don't let that 'many' be you.

Away in China

A while back in late October to early November, I was away in China visitng my very poorly granddad. He is unfortunately diagnosed with leukemia. His condition now is still unstable, it is unpredictable what will happen to him. Will he get better? I certainly hope so.
Thought I'll give you an insight of China if you were ever wondering what it is like. I was in Hong Kong, GuangZhou then Shenzhen.
Unfortunately, during the last few days I caught a bug. I couldn't take many photos as I was very ill.
I pray my granddad would survive cancer, I love you.

Granddad and I - he looks adorable here. Always joking and smiling.

Very cheap living cost in mainland China.
Congee - my favourite chinese food

CHOOSING THE HEALTHIER OPTION - Sushi + Salad

"You are what you eat." How many times have we heard this?
I was stuck in the dilemma of choosing McDonalds or M&S food. Think I have choosen the correct choice.
Eating McDonalds makes me feel guilty inside after I have eaten it, whether this choice tastes good and makes me feel good.
Bought a little too much! My stomach was screaming for food earlier; I only managed to eat the salad and the small pack of sushi.
Of course, if I go to M&S, a packet of 'Percy Pig' has to be in the purchase.

Chicken, Duck and Vegetable Sushi Selection
 California Roll Selection
Hot smoked Salmon & Potato Salad
... with a lemon vinaigrette

  • My first time trying M&S sushi. Very good for packaged sushi. Will definitely re-purchase.
  • Eaten the Salmon & Potato Salad before, I've re-purchased which shows it is delicious! I have to drown my salad with the pot of lemon vinaigrette. The sauce just tops it off!
  • Always need a little treat from time to time.
Until next time!
